Please use our online scheduling system to book an appointment for vehicle redemption or personal property pickup. Appointments are available during designated business hours and must be scheduled in advance.

***We do not make same day appointments***

• CASH ONLY — No credit cards, debit cards, or checks.

• Appointments cannot be scheduled over the phone. All appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system.

• Vehicle and personal property releases are restricted to authorized individuals only. Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of release.

• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
